There hasn't been much going on to blog about, but maybe that's a good thing. Here's Asher eating his vegetables. He loves them and just eats a ton whenever they're sitting out. Then of course I feel guilty because he must feel so deprived and I should offer more! I guess that's just part of being a mom. Your kids do something good then you feel guilty. Asher's just getting so old. He'll be 4 years old in about a week and a half. He's been talking about his birthday for about 6 months so we'll have to do something memorable.
I had just gotten both girls about of the bath, and they were just laying there, but Piper kept trying to grab Averi and she was getting so mad! It probably didn't help that her hand was stuck in the towel and she couldn't defend herself. She's been a little less scared of Piper lately, so I hope she outgrows that soon.

Yet another picture of
Averi with something in her mouth, she doesn't walk so she uses her mouth to hold her toys while she crawls around. But she usually puts the bottom part of the toy in her mouth so that the toy is covering her face.

The weather was so bad the week before
Easter and I wanted the kids to have a chance to do an Easter Egg hunt. So a few of us in the neighborhood had a little hunt that last about 5-10 minutes. It was so windy, and
Averi had her double ear infections. So they just stayed in the stroller away from the wind with their hoods on. Yes, if
Averi needs her hood on then Piper does too. Averi did go in the next morning and get tubes in her ears. We're getting to be old pros at it now! She's so much happier and we're hoping that without antibiotics and ear infections that the girls won't be sick very often. I was hoping that maybe she had a lot of fluid in her ears and once she got tubes that everything would be different with her equilibrium and she'd start walking. Her legs are still just like gumby. I'm going to take a video of her and put it on here once and for all.

Asher and Dakota with all their eggs.

Dakota dropped his bucket and Piper was happy helping him clean up his candy!

We went to Idaho for Easter and once we got up
there Piper started feeling sick. Big surprise one of the girls were sick. It's been so hard keeping these girls healthy. She didn't eat much during the weekend, between conference and Easter I did though! Then when we got home she seemed to get a little worse. So Monday night after her nap she wouldn't eat anything and just
laid on me but would start screaming and thrashing around. Anyway, I just put her in her high chair and gave her some food hoping she'd eat, and she ate more food than I've ever seen her eat. This was her face after a Costa Vida kids meal.

After years of making whole wheat bread this is the perfected recipe. I have learned a few things lately that have helped the rising, the taste and the texture. I think I'm going to go have some right now. It used to be really good now it's just so much better. It's probably the most exciting thing that's happened here at our house for a while!

My mom and I are taking all the kids to visit Carrie in San Ramon this week. I'm a little nervous but excited to leave the house. They have never met my grandma, aunt and uncle either so this will be a fun trip to see them. It's Carrie's big chance to try to talk us in to moving out there. I don't see it happening but it would be fun to live by them.
I never bring my camera anywhere, that's why all our pictures are in the living room. So if I do remember it I'll post about our trip when we get back.
