We had so much fun this Christmas. Matt's parents came down from Idaho and spent the week with us. We had a lot of fun, and of course Asher loved every minute of it. Carrie and her family were here too. He and Haley, Carrie's 3 year old, played so well together. It was fun to watch. Every time they'd see each other Asher would get excited and go, "Haley!!! I missed you!" I don't think he got a full nap for over a week, but it was worth it to be able to spend so much time with family that we don't always get to see.
We had such a fun Christmas, Asher asked for train tracks all day for about 3 weeks, so it was fun to watch him open and play with all of his things. Next year will be different so it was fun to just focus on him. Although I'd have to say the girls got way more stuff than he did. Thanks everyone for everything, everyone has been so generous and I think we can have the babies now! (I wish)
I've started going into Doctor's appointments about once or twice a week now. It's been fun having so many ultrasounds. I think Matt wants to do ultrasounds for a living. He can read those things as clearly and quickly as our techs. Except for when he told me that he thinks baby b has a clef lip. Turns out he was wrong and the babies are still good!
The babies and I are doing really good. They're already getting big. One of them is just under 5 lbs. and the other is over 4 lbs. I still have over a month left and they'll probably each grow about a half a pound a week from here on out. So I'm really in for it this month! The babies also both have hair. I'm getting so uncomfortable. I have good and bad days. The other day I pinched a nerve and could barely walk. Today's been good, I worked about 5 hours and went shopping. I'm paying for it now, but I'm doing good.
We're looking forward to this new year. We've already started the year out with a bunch of big changes. I think it's what needed to happen to get ready for our crazy life this year!

Happy New Year, wish we could have spent this Christmas with you like last year. If we get to come out in the summer I want to see those babies. My stomach hurts just reading about it.....give Matt and that cute son of yours a hug for me
Jaci, you are amazingly upbeat for a pregnant woman with twins! I don't know how you do it. I thought I was going to fall apart with just one little baby in there. You're AWESOME! Best of luck. I look forward to seeing some pictures of the little ones. Happy New Year!
Matt, how are you? I can't believe how long it's been since i've seen you. Your little boy is adorable. And...TWINS? That's amazing. Sounds like Jaci is doing as good as expected. She's still so beautiful. I can't imagine carrying two. It was so good to hear from you. I'll definately take a peek at your blog once in a while. Feel free to do the same.

Matt!! I am so glad that you visited our blog. Actually, I have been peeking at you guys too. This is such a great way to keep in touch. In fact, I also found Brodie's blog as a result of yours. It is amazing how time flies and yet it feels like just yesterday that me and Nat were in stitches laughing at you guys all of the time. I will always cherish those memories. Anywho, enough down memory lane -- I cannot believe that you are going to have twin girls -- AHH! That is so exciting and so scary. Good luck with two J/J -- you guys will do great! Can't wait to see the pictures. -Leash
