3 weeks to go!

As much as I hate taking pictures of my pregnant self I know I'll wish I did in the years to come. This is me at 34 weeks. I have three weeks left now. Asher likes to pretend that he has twin babies in his tummy. I wonder if he'll be disappointed when he finds out the truth. I wonder if it'll get much bigger in the weeks to come. I'm feeling like this is about as big as I can get. Although I do remember feeling that way at about 6 months pregnant with Asher. Your body can really do some amazing things.
I think the babies are up to about 6.5 lbs. and around 6 lbs. Piper, the top baby that's laying sideways across the top of my belly is still somehow managing to flip around. Every week when I get an ultrasound her head is on the left side then the right the following week. The only thing I can think is that she likes being on the right side, but Averi's feet are right there by her head so I think that she gets kicked a lot then has to flip around again. I don't know. I'm getting excited to see what these little girls look like. It should be fun seeing what two of our kids look like in one shot. I try not to picture them. When I had Asher they showed him to me and I thought, "Oh, that's not the baby I've been picturing!" So I'd rather just go in with no thoughts or expectations. In the meantime I'm just trying to stay busy, I'm still working and that really helps to make the time go fast. So if anyone needs to get in last minute I'm planning on working up until we have them, then I'll take a month off and slowly start back then.

Jaci, you are amazing! I do not know how you are still able to work, or even walk! A woman's body is an incredible thing:) Anyway, I am so glad that you posted these pictures to give us an idea of what you are going through. You will definitely be glad that you did. Hang in there. Unfortunately, the last month takes the longest (at least it did for me; however, I only carried one at a time!). Are the girls identical by the way? It will be so fun to see what they look like. You will be in our thoughts and prayers these next few weeks! Tell Matt hi from Alycia.

Jaci,
I am so impressed that you haven't ended up on bedrest - and I'm so grateful you are still working for a little bit longer . . . can you tell I'm getting desperate?! I thought for sure you'd be done by now! I can't wait to see who they look like either! I'll bet they will be BEAUTIFUL!!! Hang in there - and I'll be calling you soon! :)

You look great. I looked like that with just one baby. (I wish I were exaggerating). Good luck with everything.

Jaci!
You look great! May you be able to get some rest in these next few weeks and be semi-comfortable! We look forward to reading about your new additions! So much fun ahead for you! Asher isn't going to know what hit him!

It's about time you put a belly picture up!! I am so excited for you, and I love your names!!! I went to the doctor yesterday and I am "progressing" and that made it real for me!!! I'm not sure I am ready for real, but as I am sure you are thinking, "Ready or Not...."
