A Wild Bird Friend

The other morning we were outside planting some shrubs when this bird flew in between where Matt and I were standing and landed right at Asher's feet. I thought it was weird, then he hung out for like an hour or two. Then I thought that was really weird!! It was too funny, it would just follow me around. Sometimes it would fly across the street and walk around over there, but it would just fly right back afterwards and land on my leg or just right at my feet.

Matt was calling me Ace Ventura because animals just really like me. I thought I was in that book, "Are you my mother?"!
When you get a bird that's that friendly you can't expect to see it too long. I'm sure a cat got to it later that day. We didn't see it later that day or again.
