We made it 3 years!

This weekend has been so much fun for Matt and I. Our anniversary was Monday the 5th. We've been married 3 years now. I wanted to do something fun so I asked my mom to take Asher over night from Monday to Tuesday. So all day Matt and I just worked on our own little projects throughout the day. I usually do hair on Saturdays so it was just so fun to be working together like most people probably do on Saturdays (I don't mind doing hair on saturdays though).

Matt finally finished our fence while I cleaned out our crawl space. It might have just been the weather that made the day fun too, I'm not quite sure. Asher loves having us both home together. He was just silly the whole day. He wore his backpack all day. He also decided that he likes to be naked as I'm sure all of our neighbors have noticed.

When we finished our projects and got ready we dropped Asher off at my parents and headed to The Roof. We skipped lunch and were so hungry. Turns out May 5th is also Emily Felix's anniversary, they seated them right next to us. The food was great and we ate way too much, then from there we headed to the Gateway. The weather was just perfect. So we just walked around and shopped for a couple of hours, then headed to a movie. We watched 21. I hadn't heard much about it but the girl working said she liked it so we tried it and it was the best! It was one of the best movies I've seen in a while so I'm totally recommending it.

Matt and I go out almost every friday but this night was just so much more fun than usual. Matt and I both didn't work Monday and Tuesday so we just had a long fun weekend. Asher and I are going to be sad to have Matt go back to work. Asher isn't really talking to me today. He only wants Matt's attention, it's so cute to watch them together. Matt's the best dad and husband, we really got lucky!
