We went up to Idaho to visit Matt's parents this weekend. It was such a fun trip. Asher loves his grandparents so much. I think the only time Asher noticed me was when I was changing his diapers, and he was just kicking me anyway.
The weekend turned into a really long date for Matt and I, that was so fun. We got to go eat, and go shopping all day. We also got to see Matt's friends from high school, and some other friends and family.

Asher found a couple of things that he liked. Who can blame a little boy for wanting to wear Papa's fishing hat and carry around a plunger. He snuck out to the garage a dozen times to bring back his favorite things.
This was the coolest park, it was huge, and the ground was this spongy stuff. I was so glad the weather was warm enough for him to run around outside, especially after being cooped up in the car on the way up. Asher just couldn't get enough of his grandparents this weekend, we all had fun!
Asher's at an age now that we can go places with him and he has fun instead of just sleeping the whole time, or crying because he's not sleeping. So we're trying to think of other fun things to do with him this summer. If anyone knows of a fun vacation that we could do with a 2 year old let us know!

Those pictures of Asher with the hat and plunger are priceless! Frame worthy I would say. When he's grown he'll probably think they are pretty cool!
